What is the World Content Policy?

Imagina RPG is a platform for interactive fiction, and adult content is welcome here. This policy is not about policing ordinary NSFW stories. It draws a small number of hard lines that keep the platform legal and safe, so you know where the edges are before you publish.

It covers everything you author or upload into a world: world text, character descriptions, lore, image prompts, and uploaded images. The Terms of Service govern your use of the Service as a whole, and this policy is the detailed version of the world-content rules in them.

The spirit of the policy

Write the fiction you want to write, including dark and adult fiction, as long as it stays fiction between fictional adults and never crosses the hard lines below. When something is genuinely ambiguous, add a content warning and keep it off public-facing surfaces. Our discretion and final say

This policy cannot spell out every case in advance. Imagina keeps the final say on what is acceptable on the platform. We apply it in good faith and with the reasonable judgment of a careful steward of the service: we act as a responsible operator would, weighing the safety of our users and the integrity of the platform. Meeting the letter of a rule is not a guarantee of approval. If content is clearly built to game these rules, or is harmful in a way the wording here did not anticipate, we can still act on it, including removing it or keeping a world off public surfaces.

Hard lines: never allowed, anywhere

These prohibitions apply to all content on the platform, with no exceptions, including worlds you never publish and keep fully private. A world being private is not a shield for this material. Breaking a hard line can result in immediate removal and account termination, and where the law requires it, a report to the relevant authorities.

1. Sexual content involving minors. Any sexual or sexualized depiction of a minor is forbidden. This includes drawn, anime, or cartoon styles (loli, shota, and similar), any character described or presented as under 18, and the common dodges ("aged up", "actually a 500-year-old in a child's body", "looks young but is legal"). If the body or presentation is that of a child in a sexual context, it is not allowed. The non-sexual presence of a child character in a wholesome story is fine. Sexualizing one is not.

2. Real, identifiable people. Worlds must be about original, fictional characters, not real people. Do not build a world around a real, identifiable individual, whether a public figure (celebrity, politician, athlete, streamer) or a private person (a classmate, an ex, a coworker), and do not use their name, likeness, or personal details. This applies with special force to images: never generate or upload an image depicting a real person. Using someone's real personal information to target or harass them (doxxing) is forbidden. Sexualizing a real person, or depicting real-world abuse of one, is an aggravating violation on top of this rule.

   Limited exception: a public or historical figure may appear as a non-sexual character in a fitting setting (for example a historical or political story), and clear satire or parody is fine. This exception never extends to private individuals, to any sexual or abusive portrayal, or to realistic images of a real person, all of which stay prohibited.

3. Content that pushes real-world self-harm onto the player. Fiction can portray these subjects. What is banned is a world or character built to promote, encourage, coach, or instruct the real person on the other side of the screen toward harming themselves. This includes:

   • Encouraging suicide or self-harm, or supplying methods for it, such as coaching an overdose or advising which pills to take.
   • Promoting eating disorders: pro-anorexia or pro-bulimia material ("pro-ana", "pro-mia"), thinspiration, or characters that coach starvation, purging, or dangerous weight loss as a goal.
   • Characters that pose as a real doctor, therapist, or crisis counselor in order to hand the player real medical or mental-health directives.

   A story that portrays a character struggling with these issues, including a story about recovery, is allowed with a content warning. A world or character designed to nudge the actual player into doing these things is not.

4. Real-world harm, exploitation, and illegal activity. No content that provides genuine real-world instructions for serious harm (for example weapons or explosives intended to hurt people, synthesizing illegal drugs) or that facilitates trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of real people. Villains doing bad things in a story is fiction. A working real-world how-to is not.

5. Hatred and harassment of real people. No content whose purpose is to promote real-world hatred, dehumanization, or violence against people because of who they are (race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar), or to celebrate or endorse terrorism or mass violence. A cruel or bigoted character inside a story is fiction. A world built to push that hatred at the reader as endorsement, or to harass a real person or group, is not.

What is allowed (adult and dark fiction)

Within the hard lines above, the platform allows a wide range of mature content:

• Explicit sexual content between consenting fictional adults, when the world is marked NSFW (see gating below).
• Violence, gore, horror, and other dark themes.
• Morally complex stories: villain protagonists, cruelty, and difficult subject matter treated as fiction.

One boundary inside NSFW: non-consensual sexual content is not allowed. Do not create worlds or scenes that depict or eroticize rape or sexual assault. Sexual content must be between consenting fictional adults. A story may reference that such harm exists as serious background, but it must never be eroticized or be the point of the world.

Everyone in your world, in text and in images, must be and must look 18 or older. We hold this firmly: no aged-down characters, no "she's 18 but looks 12", no schoolchild framing on sexual characters.

On an NSFW world this is absolute: an NSFW world may contain zero characters under 18. None. It does not matter what age is written down, whether the character ever appears in a sexual scene, or what role they play. A single under-18 character makes an NSFW world non-compliant. The only place a non-sexualized minor character may appear at all is a SFW story.

SFW and NSFW gating

Worlds are either SFW or NSFW.

• SFW worlds must stay safe for all audiences in their public-facing content.
• NSFW worlds may contain explicit adult content, but that content is gated: a player only sees NSFW material on an NSFW world, or when they have enabled adult content for their journey. It never leaks onto a SFW playthrough.

Set the flag honestly. A world that contains adult content must be marked NSFW. Mislabeling adult content as SFW to reach a wider audience is a policy violation in its own right.

Third-party intellectual property

Do not use characters, settings, or other material owned by someone else (for example characters from an anime, game, film, or another creator) in an NSFW world. Explicit sexual content must use original, fictional characters. This protects both the platform and the rights holders. This is separate from the hard line on real, identifiable people, which applies to every world.

In SFW worlds, non-commercial fan content that uses someone else's characters is tolerated, but you must have the right to any image you upload, and a world can still be taken down if a rights holder objects. Platform integrity

Worlds must be genuine stories, not a vector for abusing the platform:

• No jailbreaking the engine. Do not write world instructions designed to coerce the AI into producing hard-line content, to strip its safety, or to extract system prompts or other creators' hidden world content.
• No spam. Spam worlds pushed into public discovery may be removed.
• No advertising, solicitation, or links to external commercial or illegal services, and no malware, phishing, or scams.
• No impersonation of Imagina, its staff, or other creators.

Images

Cover images (title cards) are shown publicly across the site, so they are held to a stricter standard than in-gameplay images.

• Cover images (public), every world: All covers and title cards must be SFW and browse-safe, regardless of whether the world is SFW or NSFW. No exposed genitalia, no exposed nipples, and no explicit sexual acts on a cover, ever. An NSFW world's cover may be suggestive, but characters stay clothed. No real public figures. If you are wondering whether a cover is acceptable, it probably is not.
• Gallery and portrait images (in gameplay): Nudity and explicit images are fine here as long as they are marked NSFW. They never appear on the cover or in public browse, only during gameplay, and only on NSFW worlds or journeys with adult content enabled.
• All images, cover or gallery, must obey the hard lines: no real, identifiable people, and every character depicted must be and clearly look 18 or older. The image must match an adult age regardless of any in-lore age claim. A "1000-year-old" or "ancient" character still has to look like an adult and never childlike. A written age never excuses a childlike-looking image.

Content warnings

Content warnings are optional but encouraged. If your world features heavy themes (graphic violence, sexual content, self-harm, or other distressing subject matter), a content warning helps players choose what they play. Worlds have a dedicated content-warning field for this.

Private worlds

The hard lines in this policy apply to private worlds exactly as they apply to published ones. Keeping a world unpublished does not make prohibited content acceptable. We may review reported or flagged private content and take action on it, including removal and account consequences.

How this is enforced

1. Detection. Automated content detection and user reports surface potentially violating content to our moderators. The automated layer raises flags for review, it does not silently change or block your world on its own, and it is built to leave ordinary adult content alone.
2. Review. A human moderator reviews each flag. Ordinary adult content is dismissed. Genuine violations are actioned.
3. Action. Depending on severity, our moderators may blur or re-make a cover image, hide a story from public discovery, remove it from public listings, or delete it entirely (a deleted world's old link shows a removed-content placeholder). Accounts that repeatedly violate this policy, or that break the law, will be banned.

Moderation actions are recorded in an append-only log. Hard-line violations, especially sexual content involving minors, can skip the warning ladder and result in immediate deletion and a ban.

The moderation team holds final discretion on all classification and enforcement decisions.
