By using Imagina ("the Game", "the Service"), you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy below, which together constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Imagina is an AI-powered interactive storytelling platform. You create an account, choose a world, and interact with AI-generated narratives shaped by your choices.
AI content is generated by third-party AI models. It is probabilistic, so it may be unexpected, inaccurate, repetitive, or different from one generation to the next. We guide the models with instructions, but we cannot guarantee any specific output.
Credits are internal usage credits. They may be granted to your account and are consumed by gameplay and some generation features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Adult content can be toggled in your settings. By enabling it, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement. One person per account, no bots. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service. We may use automated systems and manual review to detect violations, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
If you encounter content that you believe is offensive, harmful, or violates these terms, please report it to report@playimagina.com. We take all reports seriously and will review them promptly. We will take measures to remove such content and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
You retain all rights to the content you create and share within the Service. This includes inputs, journeys, world definitions, prompts, uploaded images, and your username. Journeys means game instances made up of player actions and AI responses. World definitions means the worlds you create or edit, including setting, characters, lore, and other world content.
License Grant: By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for operating the Service. This includes hosting, storing, processing, displaying, and when necessary accessing and reading that content in order to operate, secure, support, moderate, debug, and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of that content, and we will never sell the contents of your journeys or worlds.
Moderation: We reserve the right to monitor or remove user-generated content to ensure compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. That includes using automated systems and manual review to detect content that may violate these terms or the law.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or that you do not have the right to share.
AI-generated output (text, images) produced through the Service belongs to you. You are free to share, reuse, or publish it.
However, AI-generated content is probabilistic: it may sometimes produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive content. We guide the AI models with instructions, but we cannot guarantee any specific output. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing it and for using it in compliance with applicable law.
We reserve all rights to the name "Imagina" and the software underlying the Service. Except for the rights expressly granted in these terms, no other rights are granted to you.
New users may play the Game for free until their allocated free turns are consumed. To continue playing after the free turns, you must purchase credits.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
The Service relies on third-party AI providers for narrative and image generation. We only use AI providers that do not use submitted content for model training, though those providers may retain data for limited operational, security, or abuse-prevention purposes under their own policies. The Service also uses Google and Discord for optional OAuth sign-in, Resend for emails, PostHog for analytics, Sentry for error tracking, and S3-compatible storage providers for uploaded or generated images when enabled. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. In the event of a data breach or security incident, we will notify you via email as required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted availability, performance, accuracy, or suitability of AI content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you want your account deleted, contact us at contact@playimagina.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts, or remove content, at our discretion to protect the Service, comply with the law, or address abuse. Upon termination, your data will be retained only as required by applicable law. We may also modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
We will not send you promotional materials or communications unrelated to your account or the operation of the Service.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through mediation before initiating legal action.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of France. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
